exactly...it even happens here as well.
tried to buy some parts,
got the worlds biggest runaround on prices or even just gettin details.
soon as i went to sell something tho,omg will u take ten times less and also ship it too?

I answered wanted ads here 7 times now for guys or gals that needed a part that I have.

After a hundred pictures checking on shipping and packing it and taking it to the PO. and then giving them a price 5 out of 7 never had the balls to get back to me and one guy who has been looking for arm rests for like 2 years from Sweden I think, he proceed to tell me what he is willing to pay and I would be obligated to handle all of the necessary paper bull **** to ship it to him.
however the one good guy did praise me for being fair on the price and shipping so fast.
Right now there is a guy looking for a nice 63 front bumper which I have. But because of all of the other AH's here I will not be offering it to him.

I know and feel your pain. I'm cutting out a rear glass out of a '57 Plymouth so that it has a frame around it to keep it from breaking and then build a crate and haul it to a freight company. The body shop says the insurance will pay me for my trouble. We will see. I cant even sell a '63 Plymouth wagon for $1500obo. People don't want to get there hands dirty any more.
