I just purchased a 1933 Plymouth Street Rod. I have tried to purchase this car for 25 years and finally was able to.
It was built in 1975 and has a 327 and 4 speed, ac,and cruise. The 327 is stuck from sitting so long. I have a shop ready to rebuild the engine. I hope to have it on the road next summer. I can not find any rust anywhere. And no mice

Yes we are not changing anything, leaving it as an 70s build.

Sometimes you have a Mounds Bar and sometimes an
Almond Joy…..

Now, you will have choices , as well !!!

Congratulations on your new toy…. Craig….

Like the flowers on the dashboard —- you are all set for the next Woodstock !!!

Congratulations on the long-sought acquisition.

Endeavor to persevere!

Congrats. I have savored the long game working out a few times. Those are the best.

Do the right thing, reMopar that Mopar! Perfect time, if a small Chebby fit then an A engine will go in too.

Perfect. I wouldn't change a thing..

Great opportunity to put in a 5.2 or 5.9

I agree, a simple 5.2 magnum ? EFI and OD trans will make that perfect

Not so sure about that interior though

Got any eight track tapes for that player?

Congrats on purchase. I'd be tempted just to throw in a GM crate or reman 350, rather than spend months waiting to freshen up that 327. (Maybe cause we could drive that thing year round here, especially with the A/C. No snow or salt)
Of course the BEST answer would be a small block mopar., but I understand the simplicity of keeping the sbc and four gear.

And just my personal opinion...... those keystones would be gone in a heartbeat!

The pic is a local 34 Dodge.. The pickup is a 35 Dodge. Both sbm.

Thanks for all the comments.
The 327 will be back before Christmas and in. I considered a mopar replacement but the .mounting changes would take a lot of time. Right now we want to be able to drive it. We might make so changes but don't expect to.
8 track tape player works and I do need to dig out my tapes.
