New Road Runner Owner

Been a Member on the A Bodies Forum for a while, and just Acquired this little Gem on Saturday after waiting 3 months for an abandoned title to come through.

Found it on a guys place abandoned for 3 yrs, he has no clue why it came to his place and when I finally found and got a hold of him, we talked and he agreed to sell it to me for 500 bucks. We just Got title for it on Saturday (It says Satellite on Title though, is that Normal for a Road Runner, Vin number is RM21G4G????)

Only one spot of Bad Rust in Front of the rear tire on the Passenger side that goes all the way through, small spot, rest is all surface rust. Got Hood opened up and a lot of parts are removed from engine and in back seat (no Radiator though).

All the nameplates are missing except the one on the passenger side Dash that says RoadRunner on it. I am confident that I can do most of the work on this myself (except the paint job, I don't have a paint booth). And Am looking forward to looking for parts and working on this little Gem that I saved.

Thanks. Looking forward to it. Gonna pull the Front Wheels today and find out why they are locked up. Gonna be fun.

Does anyone know what the Cam Key Located just below the Front Marker Light on the Drivers side goes to???

I got her up on blocks and pulled the front tires, Rotors are fine, turns out the Rims we used off the Dodge Mini Van were Dragging on the A arms and locking them up. Did a little bit of Damage but nothing major. Brakes I am not sure on, total system is BONE dry.

Thank ya Thank ya all. Yeah, Nice Color Combination, however I prefer the Lime Green, How Bad would it drop the Value of this baby if I did the lime Green and Black Stripe??

If you're going to keep it, the value probably won't matter. If you're planning to sell, the original colour would likely be easier to attract a buyer.
