The car has a very mild 440 with Performer intake,Holley carb Super Comp headers.
The transmission is rebuilt with good parts.
Rear end is a 8 3/4 with 4.30 gears and a sure grip.
The frame is tie'd

This is the future.
I am installing a 512 ci with 440 Source internals and Eldelbrock heads

Here's the engine

Welcome aboard, nice Charger, that was my first Mopar there!!

Welcome to FBBO it looks like a cool 67 Charger, sounds like a nice 512 build also, good luck with that install...

I opened up the bottom end of the 512 and checked the bearings and found out the the thrust was to tight and fixed that problem and found out that the oil pick up tube was over tighten'd and it broke off in my hand when i grab'd it.

This is why I like to look inside of a engine someone else has put together.

Please pardon my ignorance with this question as i am NO engine builder ,I Don't mind working on them but, BUT what rocker arms are you using in that 512? Are they the Edelbrock heads, or something different, (rockers) Mine are the same style to look at them, but i just have a small 318 in mine but they look the same, ive tried to find out what was done to this engine to no avail, maybe this would give me a clue to something.. I know there not Edelbrock heads on my SB but the rockers look the same. Thanks..

The rockers are 440 Source

These are the real deal-T and D rockers.
The differance is 440's are $215 and the T and D's are $1200.

The Tand D's are on my race car.

Ron why not post a pic of your rockers and maybe I can help identify them.
