the car is very solid bothquarters are dented and rusted behind rear wheels and hood is tost but every thing elce seems very good

Dodge had a campaign starting in 67 know as the White Hat Special.This was due to their commercials on TV and print.What you got was a "Good guy" white vinyl top.Some factory some dealer installed.They also had painted white tops too.My 67 Dart came with a painted top.I think by 69 that campaign was over.
