I can see why it's for sale. Not everyone can live with a galley style garage. At least it'd allow a person to pull their tow setup in doors.

Pine trees? Look like fir trees. Like needles? you will have and endless supply.
And they just keep getting taller and more branches. Get any wind storms there?
