WTF? You have to use the factory holes and the special backing nuts. If you bolt it the way it is bolted now tightening the nuts to the top of the trunk lid, the wing brackets are going to flex and ultimately crack. Ask me how I know. My 74 was done up similar only I did not have factory holes. When I got the car the brackets were already cracked. The holes were in the right position but not large enough to accommodate the backing nuts so I fabricated support plates. I don’t think 74 came with the factory holes.and they aren't mounted in the factory location even though the trunk lid had the holes in it.
And not the factory GB2 color.AC car too and it's all missing.
