I know you're looking for a Northern California engine builder, but I have a guy in SoCal. Carlos, the owner of a one man shop "Submission Engines" built mine. He's a great guy and very honest and knows Mopar engines, his shop specializes in Mopar. Worth the trip down south from Giants country!

MEW built my motor too. 15 years ago. It’s still working good. He sold the business to a relative. Son in law I think. I have a 440 block in waiting and can’t honestly recommend anyone. Keep us posted through completion. I have a good reliable Mopar Shop but not an engine builder specialist. Valaya Motorsports San Jose. They did the efi, replaced rods etc. Nothing deep.
