Oil filter adapter question

This should have been a simple take apart and replace the seal, but we all know how that goes....

'71 318, Angled oil filter adapter leaking - ordered Felpro #70522 but it's too large to fit in the recess of the block. The gasket that is there is not just a flat ring, but it has 3 connecting braces that run from the outside of the ring to the center ring where the bolt goes thru.

I cannot find any other oil filter adapter seals.

Any input would be great.

Mancini should have the right gasket set for you. I plan on removing mine and switching to the straight mount. Mancini sells them.Not sure if you need the right angle.The straight one will work on my Valiant. Just a thought.

Got it figured out. The Felpro number i listed above worked afterall. Must have been something in the way when i tried to set i in the block the first time. Got the old gasket dug out, and it's now all sealed up and good to go.
