Omaha Orange

I know the Six Pack air breather colour is Omaha Orange. I've painted it with a rattle can but the rubber seal on the hood keeps eating into the paint on it and the black base.

I've decided to have it and the base powder coated. I did a search for Omaha Orange powder and came up with several codes. Which code do I need?

Is it possible to put the bhama orange down then put the sticker on then put a clear coat powder coat over that Leanna?

Follow up how thick would that be if it's possible?

Absolutely! "Clear Vision" is a very popular addition around here not just for extra shine but to allow silver, gold and chrome-looking powders to maintain UV stability.

Though regular paper stickers won't work to my knowledge, vinyl decals can be embedded right into (or on top of) any powder for a custom look. Here's a 2005 Magnum control arm before, during and after for you tallhair ...







When it's done right, powder coating is only a few mils thick, about the same as a paint job. It just lasts longer.

So now that you know it can be done ... whatcha got up your sleeve my friend???

I was thinking about a 6 BBL air cleaner or a Air Grabber 4 BBL breather. Can you put the clear powder over real chrome too?
