That's one heck of a start on a nice car. It says he has no title for car. I have heard some states only use a bill of sale on older cars.

And some states do not recognize a bill of sale at all, nor will they title a car that came from a title-required state without a title that goes with. Nice project, but unless someone is restoring another, or building a drag car, this one has a limited possible buyer pool.
