Oops

Been there before talk about making you pucker when you seen 13”6! I’ve hauled stuff with a HD wrecker and puckered real tight going under bridges in St. Louis that are arched! I always force my way to the middle! I don’t miss that feeling!

On the way to NJ to pick up a GTX, I'm not exactly sure where I was but I had measured the enclosed trailer height, but forgot about the vent domes on top. I came up on a road with several bridges that were marked just a inch or two more than my measurements. Needless to say I had to replace both domes when I got back. I don't know which bridge got them as I heard no noise or felt any disturbance going through.
I have seen a bunch of vents/ac units get cleaned off the tops of buses, rv's, and travel trailers in the you tube videos. It was a common occurance before they raised that bridge.
