On a 1963 B body Dodge, how is an original quarter panel identified from a repro that has been put on? thanks

I'm not no early 60's guru (many guys here with more knowledge), but I would check inside the trunk. Maybe some factory over spray or trunk spattering that might be able to be coorelated to a OEM part......Also, check the spot welds. The factory (around 5/16" dia.) spot welds still intact around the trunk gutters, door jam, and rear would be a good indication on whats been replaced.

Good luck.
