This is my first attempt at restoring My headlight bucket. I dont think it came out to bad. Now I have the other side to do.

Looks nice from here and you saved yourself a ton of money having someone else do it. Plus the satisfaction of a job well done.
 
The best way to paint those is spray the whole part and then use a thick piece of felt
dipped in Acetone to wipe the paint off the top of the chrome bars. Epoxy prime before
putting the black on so it sticks!

Thank you. Appx 6 to 7 hours actual time not Including drying time. It's very tedious working with each slot and sanding in each one. But it's worth it. It's not 100% perfect but I have the satisfaction of having done it myself.
