Park lamp hardware for 69 RR - can someone describe for me?

When I Bought my car it was missing the front turn signals and mounting hardware to attach to the bumper. The holes in the bumper are square like a license plate mounting. Can someone describe for me what the correct hardware is for this?

They are rectangle shaped and have a housing with a lamp socket and the amber lens screws to the housing from the outside.

Thanks, but what I'm looking for is what the attaching hardware (screws ect) are that are use to mount the park lamp to the bumper.

They are small square nuts built in a clip and take large head Phillips screws. I have some nice correct used ones PM me if interested
