Parking Brake cable replacement

Hello Guy's,
will someone please take the time to explain to Me how to replace the parking brake cables?

I bought a replacement kit for My 69 Coronet, but I don't know how the cable comes apart from the pedal....

Australian cars are different in design and much easier to replace...
