Anyone happen to know where this plastic part goes. Was in the trunk of my 67 coronet.

I'd guess that it's the gap filler for below the steering column

What I thought also. Trouble is can't make it fit any place. Thanks for your response and will check under the steer column again tomorrow.

Sure looks correct, you can send a part number and we would know. 66s were mostly metal I believe, and narrower.
