The utility had a contract with the tenant.

Yeah that's what I thought I guess they never filed the paperwork on there end and let it run on the old owner (passed away) bill went to house so they just payed it till the end ! Somewhere in there the city found out I was the owner and switched it all onto me without letting me Know what was going on and they stuck me with everything

I might add these people didn't pay the last 3 months of rent ether ! It took forever to get them out!

Did you get rid of the hood popper set up yet?

I sold the plate that holds the outside release bar under the bumper.

It was a very simple part that looked like it could be reproduced easily with garage type tools.

I've had four others asking about it. Next time I find one, I'm gonna make a workable copy and go into business
