Paul Walker's Daughter Sues Porsche Over Crash

I'm thinking the city has some responsibility in this. Where were the warning signs that a pole and tree were there and could cause harm if struck at high speeds?

I think we have grounds here....
 
Porsche not guilty. Drivers right foot responsible. Justice.

Every ******* day there is a picture and story about diesel and or Paul Walker. WTF. Is he a saint because his knuckleheaded pal got him killed? Enough.

of course they blame the car or anyone else, except who actually is at fault...

such a progressive nanny-state litigious society we live in today,
it's always someone else's fault...

It is a vintage "Race Only" Porsche Carrera GT.

1. The sports car has a top speed of 208 mph, a very high-revving V10 engine and more than 600 horsepower.
2. Jay Leno has one, he had his driving lessons from Porsche on Fontana's NASCAR track.
Leno said it was a very difficult car to drive.
3. The Carrera GT has no electronic stability control. That means it's unforgiving with mistakes.
4. Roger Rodas was the driver, Paul walker's very good friend, a race car driver and Philanthropist.

NOTE: Allegedly the car had very old ORIGINAL tires.

Two & Three say it all...not built with manners....Rear Engine Porsche' s major handful past limits of adhesion...tightrope keeping balance of oversteer & power...throttle movement reqyoring lots of finesse, and dont ever abruptly pull out of power under hard cornering pressure....straight fendered 911 is a doctor killer. A car thats tired up with major footprint pushes the limits of adhesion up....making the break REAL squirmy.
The hand built Ferrari 250 GTO Lusso Berlinetta Race Car....Enzo Chose the buyers of those...calling the car a disaster in wrong hands.......most cars built for neophytes on the streets are designed to break before chassis limits, some self correcting characteristics, usually inviting understeer before oversteer...purpose built race cars....904, 906, 908, 917 porches, Lola T-70, Ferrari P-3, Ford GT-40(developed from Eric Broadley Lola GT) are all are all nervous cars off the line.....ballet act to drive counterlocked sideways.
Two grown Men..were pushing the envelope in a serious automobile....Walker put Himself in the car....600 HP in a rear weight bias car is Very Serious. Sue crazy blame placing.....Just Dont Leave the House,,,,Dont Live,,,because the Act of LIVING is calculated risk....Paul Walker Loved Cars, He died in one taking a chance....Just the Facts maam. i know something about Widowmakers & Doctor Killers, put 10 K miles on mine.....deTomaso was sued by three Families of Guys that turned these into Their coffins.....He got off all three....

Sadly, it was his Bud driving, Roger Rodas, 38, not Paul Walker.
And yes, "High' rate of speed.

NOTE: The curve where Walker and Rodas were killed is a popular spot for "drifting" cars.
The coroner's report stated that the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT was traveling at a speed possibly as high as 100 miles per hour (160 km/h) before the crash (Wikipedia)

The Good of this...have to try to get something good to walk away with......the Fact that at least That at least Rodas didnt take ANYONE ELSE OUT!!
 
Walker's daughter and the rest of the PC Blame Sue Crazy Crowd. are Big reason restrictions & eventually extinction of Hi Performance cars on roads are placed....f-ing neophytes....F Her and all who refuse accountability...churnin' for gold.

Heck,
When a person purchases a new rear engine Porsche, they HAVE to explain the difference between conventional engine (Front) and rear engine driving characteristics
I think they offer a class for driving, if I am not mistaken

Judging by the picture it would appear exiting the car would be quite easy.
 
I used to own one of those mangustas. Awesome car.

As for high speed on streets if your a passenger you have every right to get out at the next light. If you choose to stay in the car beside a recluse driver chances are you just as much at fault. Movies of fantasy thrills are what people eat up and think its what reality is about.
Saddly it takes situations like this to create awareness about wreckless driving and lives it takes with it. But todays world thinks its okay to play in reality..
