I've had over 1500 paypal transactions as a buyer. As a buyer they are GREAT. Way more protection for buyers than just about anything else. Good luck resolving your issue.

One thing you have to check is the permissions that companies can charge your account.
It seems like companies randomly can get access to that, or maybe it's that you let them do it once and they retain it.

You can allow auto pay on PayPal, but you have to authorize that, it is not automatic. I have my Pre-Pass in my Kenworth linked to my PayPal. They both notify me before I am charged and PayPal notifies me after the charge is processed.
