yup these guys a pretty good hope to improve my skills ,there are times that will sit there waiting for that shot never happens get up early for that shot and there is no magic wait till later in the day and still not there ,there good shots but not like there skill level

when the wife came down with cancer her whole life changed she loves all her flower gardens and I built her feeders all over the place there has to be over twenty feeding stations and and bird house ,I make my own bark butter and make butter logs for her to Humming bird feeders you name she has it ,use to have problems with Raccoons but I got them taken care of and the Squirrels to, we let the Deer come up and eat off the ground when we use to have all the horses here the would graze all day and night nver ever had a problem,I have to watch because we have Hawks all over ,and Owls we have types , I will have to take some shots and post up

I got into shooting pics a few years back after meeting a friend who was a photographer shooting at some local Rc car events. I bought his old Canon 50D, then upgraded to a 7D a year or so later. I gradually started upgrading lenses and now use a 70-200mm 2.8, 50mm 1.4, 24-105mm, and a Sigma 17-70mm on most occasions. I did try the full frame 5D MKII but it was stolen and I never replaced it. I haven't been shooting as much lately due to being too busy, but I really enjoy nature, sunset, and action pics. My wife is more of a people photographer and shoots senior and family photos for several of her friends. Here are a few pics I like

Mike, amazing great job ,what editing program do you use to make your slide shows if you don't mind me asking

Originally this started out as a Church Talent Show project. I can't act or sing so I created a slideshow using OpenOffice (similar to PowerPoint). I wanted to show this via YouTube but could get it to convert so I just re-created it using Movie Maker. Been using the same audio for several slideshows because I just love the soundtrack.

I used to be into RC cars back in the day. My dad flies RC airplanes. Every year there is a big RC Scale Fly-in and I'm one of the photographers.
