I've read a few times that the '71 rear valance won't fit on a '72 B body, and that's true up to a point.
No-one makes a rear valance to suit the '72 rear bumper profile, but the '71 valance can be modded to fit. There's some minor sheetmetal work to be done across the top, and a bracket needs to be welded to secure the valance in the center.
I've fitted this valance temporarily as my car is going to the exhaust shop this week and I wanted the tailpipes sorted to suit the cutouts. I'll follow up with pics when the sheetmetal work has been completed.
