Cant say for sure w/o seeing the grille, but I would guess that it is a GTO as opposed to another A body trim

PMD honeycomb ran 1971-1976 IIRC. The pinched off rear started in 1973 and I don't recall which models (or engine options?) had the goofy tooth split tailpipe extensions like the one shown above.

I'll take a SWAG and say it's a '74 Grand Am.
