T-tops were all the rage a few decades ago, but today, they have gone the way of the Dodo bird.
Thankfully: One of those things I always hated, along with chopping a hole in a perfectly good roof to mount a hideous $50 pop up sunroof.

I worked for a Chrysler Plymouth dealership from 76-79. When the T-tops first came out they were awful! They leaked and they rattled or I should say most of them did. I feel like if you had one that leaked you really couldn't do much with them. I actually would think twice about buying any car with a t-top even today!! The sunroofs that the factory installed or sublet them to somebody before they hit the dealership were good and seldom leaked.Those don't look like the seal real well.
