Those don't look like the seal real well.
I worked for a Chrysler Plymouth dealership from 76-79. When the T-tops first came out they were awful! They leaked and they rattled or I should say most of them did. I feel like if you had one that leaked you really couldn't do much with them. I actually would think twice about buying any car with a t-top even today!! The sunroofs that the factory installed or sublet them to somebody before they hit the dealership were good and seldom leaked.
