OK... I know this isnt the typical image for this thread, but WHAT in the Wide World of Sports?!?!? Ive never seen a big ol Plymouth being road raced before.
Obviously somewhere in Europe, but I dont know where; I cant tell by the plate, but the background looks like Spa, so maybe its Belgian? The tag isnt British, French, German, Italian or Swedish, Im almost certain.
Any ideas?

Your right and it does look like it could be Spa. Is the tag possibly Switzerland? That is a great picture btw!
