That King Crimson album was from 1969 so the time frame is right. But it wasn't the same artist, Barry Godber (the album artist) hadn't done any other artwork for anyone else. And he died quite young a few months after the record was released.OK! So its not just me...
Of course, I saw the Plymouth ad way before I saw the King Crimson cover, so I thought that they stole the idea from Plymouth...which they may well have. Wonder when that as was first published nationally?
