What else could be better? My horse was my best friend from age 11-18. She would lay down on her side in summer and I would lie in the crook of her neck and tell her my stories
Got into trouble with Mom when I rode her up the steps to the veranda and into the kitchen.
Had to duck my head to clear the doorway.
Grandkids like to hear that Great Grandma said ( get Cindy out of my kitchen).
