Plastic electrical tape

I'm unsure of the exact name of this tape. It is plastic and not the regular electrical tape. I would like to get some of it. There are areas on my 72 Coronet that use this type of tape. Such as various electrical mouting clips. Windshield washer hose and the plastic cover on lower part of steering column. I can find the vinyl and cloth tape used on our cars but not this plastic tape. Anyone know where I can get some of this tape Thanks

Year One has it. It's a non-adhesive wire harness tape. Comes in various widths.

I've heard it callde different things. One is Friction tape, another is wire harness wrap/tape. When you start the run, it overlaps itself. At the end of the run i use one revolution of cloth electrical tape.
