Please Help with Seat Belts and Headliner Question for 70 RoadRunner

Need to get all my seat belts back in my 70 Roadrunner the pic shows what belts I have left
I need to get the shoulder harnesses bolted back on but where does the little belt go? Also need to access behind headliner near edge of windows, can I remove the rail and see where the bolt holes are and the other clips that hold the belt? Can someone take a picture of there shoulder harness where it bolts in to car? Thanks

I don't have an answer for you but I do have a question for you. The manual calls for a spacer to be used between the seat belts and the floor. Just what is this spacer made of Steel or rubber and what are the dimensions ? Thanks.

I have a convertible 70 RR, but I will take a shot at the first part.
1. I think that shoulder belts were an option for 1970.
2. You are missing at least the two "seat belt rolls" for the passenger & driver side. These are 70-only and only roll out about 1/2 way.
3. I believe your short belt is either A. for center/left/right in the back seat. or B. for the center of the front seat (bench or buddy).
Now that I think about it, I believe you have the full set of seat belts for the rear seat and are missing all the front seat belts?????

I had a guy do the headliner but did not put all the belts back in so I do have all of them. The retractables and lap belts are in but I want to put all of them back in. I have to expose some of the headliner to see where the shoulder belts bolt in and there are clip holders that attach for the shoulder belts also. Thanks

I put the shoulder belts in, but they stay in place.

can you take a pic for me of where the bolt goes in for the shoulder belt? It is covered up by the headliner and I cant feel where the hole is..... I need someone with bucket seats to verify where these last belts go if you can?

does the back seat have 2 or 3 of the long belts and where does he short belt go?
