Guy's I just removed the back glass out of my Charger today and I got a little better assessment on what my game plan is. I was intending to replace with full AMD quarters, BUT after seeing this I am pondering just putting AMD skins on it and repairing the rear glass pinch weld and partial inner sail panel replacement. The Dutchman panel is in great shape the underside just has light surface rust and the outer corners are the only bad rust, even on the rotissere the backside of the upper quarters are not rusted at all, I really hate to hack off original quarters just because it has minor back window rust? What do you all think?

Yeah, repair what you have!

I agree, you can fix that dude.

I did skins on mine (69RR) even on one side where I had to do some hammer & dolly work to the upper 1/4

Yeah guy's as I got thinking about it I was like this is totally doable and I just wanted to get some input, I was truely expecting worse before I pulled the rear glass, And I think I can make the patches for the inner sail panel and save some cash there. I did have one question and this is weird, I used some HD buffing compound and buffed the dutchman panel out glossy and found that it has some weird deformities but is mirrored image on each side looks as if it is from the re-inforcement bracket under it? I think I can use my stud gun and pull the worst out, was this a problem on these cars?

Green save that 1/4 if you can. I had same issue with my 67 Coronet. I got a simple way to make a new pinch weld if you want some pictures.
