If you pop the back seat out you should have access to the trunk area. Crawl thru w flash light and some tools, remove the lock set or latch, this way you're not damaging sheetmetal or the lock. Once you have the lock set out, take to a locksmith to have a new key made.
Once you enter the trunk from the back seat, you don't have to remove the lock to open the trunk. The key part of the lock rotates a bar that open the trunk. All you have to do is manually rotate the bar and it'll open. You can also bend and pull the bar out and rotate the mechanism with a flat head screwdriver.
get some good duct tape, good flash light and tape a decent sized standard screw driver, remove the back seat and you should be able to reach the inner latch without crawling in the trunk.
My back seat used to be quick disconnect back in the day, so we could sneak people in to the drive in with out having to open the trunk!!!! LOL Pay at the window, for the 2 or 4 or us, pull in, park, lift up the back seat and the other two could crawl in!!!!
By the way, if you damage the bar that connects the lock to the key tumbler, you can replace the tumbler at Autozone since they are still made. You get the tumbler, several connection bars, and a set of keys for like $13 or so.
