How to fix the EPA mandated trash:
The cans with the double handles(on on top, one on back side) are actually pretty nice once you put a spout on them with a vent. That EPA thing is not a spout. I don't know what it is, but it is not a spout for liquid to come out.
Tractor Supply sells them here. They come with the push vent. Bought several of them for my jugs because my mower has the fuel cap in the middle of the hood. What fricken idiot thought that was a good idea.

My solution. All currently used for diesel fuel.
The same guy that placed the gas filler cap in the middle of the trunk of C3 Corvettes.
I've been thinking about one of those battery operated or just getting a big tank with a pump built in. Maybe something like this.
