Only in America .....do banks leave vault doors open and then chain the pens to the counters.
Only in America .....do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway and put our useless junk in the garage.
Only in America ......do we buy hot dogs in packages of ten and buns in packages of eight.
Only in America ......do they have drive-up ATM machines with Braille lettering....
 
Although they had no horses, nor the invention of the wheel, the Inca civilization had extensive road systems.

With stone walls, steps that went up steeper grades, suspension bridges that crossed rivers and distance markers placed every so often, the Inca Empire had around 25,000 miles of connecting highways between major trade routes in South America, from Ecuador down through Peru, to Bolivia, Chile and Argentina.
