I cant not drag and drop to post pics ..And if i use file # they cant open it ..What am i doing wrong

Try using the "Upload Photos" orange button at the bottom of a new post.
OR
Copy & Paste a picture between pages of your computer - if the picture is hellishly large, you may have difficulty. Using photos at 1Mb maximum I find is easiest.
When I say Copy & Paste - Open the picture first in another window, click "Copy", and then go to your post here and click "Paste"
Don't try and copy a file icon...it won't work.
