I knew there was a sticky thread somewhere. This was over at A bodies in the suspension and steering forum. This may help. Pump It Down....EASY

was doing some looking around I guess I have federal pump. Guess to make it work I can buy a adjustable valve that goes in line from summit 141 bucks but worth it if it gives me the road feel i want ...lol
