Excuse my ignorance on this. By Law, some are required to be picked up by the person prescribed to. In the case where the person is not well enough or able to travel, how do they get the drugs?

Uber Variant can pick up non-narcotics. Can a third party be designated? Like Oasis Palliative Care picking up at Walgreens for example. I understand the need for the Law. Does anyone have a legal “work around” for this.

In Oklahoma You have to sure your state issued ID to pick up controled substances for another person. Not sure about picking up for someone other than family.

I've picked up narcotics for my better half at the Walgreens drive thru. Just gotta give em the name and address it's under. Not sure about a 3rd party like Uber etc...

He’s 3k miles away with limited resources. He does have pretty good access to my wallet. Walgreens puts his co pays on my Tab. I’ll call them directly. Trying to do this remotely.

When Lisa was real sick (about a year before she passed)
she was prescribed OxyContin, for pain in her back 'for some reason'
I didn't know the connection to her ailment, at the time, nobody really did
it was a blood disease, affected her liver & kidneys, shutting down, very painful
from a tainted blood transfusion after giving birth, to the youngest
but;
I was able to pick it up, they put me on some list
so I could pick them up for her, it was Longs Drugs back then (now CVS)
IIRC Lisa called them & had the Dr. OK'd it too...
