I don't know diddly-squat about mattresses. I find Sam's Club has a ten year warranty queen-size Serta for 11,999.00 Mexican Pesos ($600 USD) while Wal-Mart in the same parking lot has a one year warranty matrimonial for 1,999.00 Pesos ($100 USD). Haven't shopped the mattress stores yet (where their stuff is always "on sale").

I'd be wondering 'what the hell', they stuffed that
$1900 peso ($100 US) mattress with ?, for a Queensize
materials would be that much at a min.
or it's used & full of bugs or stuffed 'with horseshit'
like the old Tiawana upholstery/bargin tales

I would try it out first. A few times before you can come to any conclusion. Then decide if it's worth it. Now... about the mattress...

the matress shops, department stores here in the US make it impossible to shop by price match. they change a model number, name, whatever. even though a matress might be identical, you cant cross match
we just were in the market to get a new bed.
wound up with a sleep number

Errrrr. Mattress shopping. It doesn't matter. No matter what you decide? You'll find it cheaper days later. And/or someone will explain how your selection was a massive mistake!

There's more room on the floor:D

She Hable?

Serta makes good matresses as far as i know.
I personally have a tempur visco mattress with a matching tempur frame & pillow for a couple of years now.
A buddy who worked in the business at that time recommended this to me and he was right, very comfortable. It was originally developed for the NASA.

Just 2 things you have to know:
- The first 2 or 3 weeks i had backpain after waking up, you need to adjust to this type of mattress
- Its pretty soft so not the best combo with pretty girls (Get a second bed ideally) :D

Edit:

Today i would also consider high end box spring beds.
It works pretty similar to the visco mattress but with mechanical springs. (Sometimes its even a combination with the top layer being a visco mattress)
Its the good old fashioned option.

How much more do you have to pay for a mattress that you can actually flip now days? Someone got smart and started manufacturing one sided mattresses. Two sided mattresses are harder to find and cost dearly when you do.

That I didn't know. But your right. Why build a mattress that will last 50% longer at higher production costs?

Tried a sleep number......hated it. Seems like it was always searching for the right position and could never find it. Ended up with a high end memory foam thing and well, I like it. The X wanted to take it and I simply said 'nope' and well, it's probably 8 years old now and I still like it.

Got a quote from mattress firm....wait for it...$3.880.00 for a matress, and they tried to convince me the $5.000.00 mattress would be better. I left so quick you could see the windows flex from the vacuum.
