Don't know if it will help, but this is what my 67 Belvedere looks like. Its a 44k mile car, but the hoses look too good to be original Im a thinkin... Anyway, heres another one to look at.

Guy, thanks for the photos. Yes, they help. However, I notice your return line is different. Mine has a 5/8" id line coming off the pressure valve on the box with a reducer/coupler to a 3/8" id line to the pump. I've looked everywhere on line and can find no such part. Others I've spoken to who also have this set up have had to have this line made.
For 1966, the valve body part number for 273/318 Poly is 2267617 and for BBs is 2537176. Perhaps for 1967 the valve body was changed to a 3/8" id hose to eliminate the hose with the coupler. This part is not in the parts manual. Just shows the hose as 19-58-14, part#2537540 BUT does not show it with the reducer/coupler. Another Mopar mystery?
UPDATE: I had this made at a local hydraulic shop. $11 complete with beautifully wrapped hose and fit perfectly. If any one needs one made PM me and I’ll handle it locally for you

Confused, is the picture your box with 3/8" line? Does your pump have a 5/8" return? I have a part number for a gates 5/8" hose if you need it.

The valve photo is off the web, BUT mine is a 5/8" at the valve and 3/8" at the pump. The hose photo is mine and as you can see the hose ends are quite different in size. I have found a local company that makes hoses. I plan to visit them today and see if they can make this hose. But thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

Have a reservoir can will it fit your pump? Note where bolt hole is. Will it fit your pump?

Glad you got it sorted. Many many moons ago I worked at a place that made hydraulic hose assemblies amongst other fun stuff; figured this would be an easy one to fab.

Just wanted to update: the new return hose is in place and I decided to route the pressure line forward under the battery tray. Had to make a small bracket to support it but it seems to work and is a clean look, IMO.

Our Orielly's store here makes them. I plan on having my old ones remade.
