When I pressed "NO", the whole dialog block went away, no save required...

Gold allows extra privileges - you still need to define parameters/settings as required.

Think of it as a big comfy chair on an airliner.....you still have to walk up the ramp to get to your seat......the seat duth not come to ye.

Accepting push notifications is safe ....I chose to adjust my settings so that my phone didn't go ding all the time.

Since I use my phone as an alarm clock beside my bed, I didn't want to be woken every few minutes with signs of appreciation from fellow members.
