Put your feet up

Lol. That would give me a heart attack for sure. This generation doesn’t cut grass. They can’t drive a zero turn with one hand. They have a phone in the other hand.
We have just had about 5 days with zero rain....and being winter I haven't cut our lawn for around 9-10 weeks. I'm hoping to weed-whack late today so the grass will be free of dew in time to mow before Mr Moon arrives.

Cooking some Rib-eye tonight under the stars....maybe some beef snags also. Rain expected on Monday....and I'm donkey-deep into de-scuzzing our washing machine - an annual task now it seems.

Hope you can walk again without too much pain. I broke my little toe about 2 years ago now and I still feel a slight twinge every now & then.

I wear my socks indoors all the time now so I don't catch that toe on something poking out. I originally broke it when I caught the corner of my Makita carry-bag - solid bags. I heard the crack.....and then my wife heard my yelp.
That looks like a former football lineman's pinky finger, Roger! I'm walking pretty well. Still stiff when I get up, and I'm not winning any races, but getting around pretty well, all things considered. My torn retina a month ago has taken my mind off my foot/ankle/leg.

I wish you all the best in your continuing recovery Dave.
