Qtr panel to rocker line?

Does the area between the quarter panel and the rocker have a visible seem or is that supposed to be completely smooth over once I’m finished?

Not positive on 69 but 67 is leaded. Underneath I see the seam. One the side it’s filled in. I would assume they are the same.

It was lead from the factory. I would recommend Duraglas or similar product. Just rough up your epoxy primer and apply over the epoxy and finish with your choice of filler ( I typically use Rage Ultra).
Some use All metal. I've never used it , therefore I can't offer an opinion.
