Quarter window seal replacement.

Anyone have any tips on how to replace a quarter window seal on a B body hardtop without removing the door window?
I need to replace one and since it extends down inside the door a few inches I was wondering if anyone replaced it without removing the window.

Hi, I found your post because I have the same problem, can you write how you managed to replace the seal without removing the glass?
