Quarter window trim seal replacement?

Need to replace the rubber window seal that fits into the trim on the leading edge of the quarter glass on a 65 Belvedere 2. Any idea on how the trim is secured to the window? How is it removed?

Dantes has the felt, trim can be applied using the same glass sealer, auto glass companies use, Just did mine on 65

I have the felt already. How does the stainless trim piece that the felt slides into come off of the window?

It's glued on with black window sealer, I Just tok a small block of wood, and carefully taped the trim at top till it slide off, Then same along sides

I bought a set of these seals - link. Do they also glue on? What's the trick for getting the old ones off? I assume the windows have to come out?
