With the new ARP flywheel bolts (p/n 240-2801) there was a package of special lube and a disclaimer to use it. From the factory I thought they were just torqued to 55 ft-lbs. Now I have too many options, which one is the best?

ARP bolts torque to their own specs, not to factory (most instances anyway), and they recommend the lube in order to meet the "190,000psi tensile strength" they are so proud of.

I just read the directions again and they recommend loctite 242 (blue) on the threads. The lube is for under the bolt head only, with no lock washers. That's what I will do.
