Questions about 63 Sport Fury front fender trim

I am need of a right front fender spear for my 63. There is a metal "backing" that is checkered that goes behind it.
Is this material able to be sourced anywhere?

I can check my buddies yard, he has a couple 63 sf's out there and can check on trim. PM anything else you may need too.
