As I’m collecting parts for my 1970 road runner Hemi build, I ended up buying a original race hemi water pump housing. Now, I’m trying to make the hemi where if you were to GLANCE at it, it looks stock. I’m using a MP water block, stage V intake and heads with original valve covers. The stage V heads look original when painted. My question is, yes it’s a 65 housing so incorrect housing for 70 alternator bracket, but it is an original piece. Would you use it or buy a 70 correct housing? (I would like an aluminum so it’s either the 65 or aftermarket) Thoughts?

Hmmmm, “at a glance” you said; well the first thing I look at is the v.covers and that big air cleaner! W/pump is way down my list.

Myself I would use the correct 70 style it may look odd with the early style alt mount.
