this is a pic of my Savoy, during dismantling;
you can also see a minimum of blackout paint, with splatters all over the place.
Guess the guy in the factory didn't get paid enough to do a nice job.

Mine was black. My car has the original paint on it and it still stands up pretty well so I assume that is the way it came from the factory.
