I would have to say yes. It's got a fair amount of dings and a few small scrapes, but those are easier to fix than rot. In spite of what that trunk floor looks like, it does appear to me more solid than the picture leads you to believe. The dutchman panel needs to be replaced due to the typical rot under the rear window molding. Now the "fun" begins.
