Those brake rotors look huge. What is the setup?

Here are a few random pictures of a 1970 that my dad and older brother fixed up in the late 90's. I was a kid in those days but helped where I could. My dad bought the car for $200 and a 1973 Honda 90 motorcycle in 1996. It had a 383/4 speed in it when it was bought in 1996. It ran, but the engine really needed rebuilt. My dad built a 440 with some 915 heads and dual 4 barrel carbs for it and put in the car. We had a lot of fun with the car. One of my favorite memories of the car was the 3 of us driving it to the Dodge Charger Nationals which was held about 100 miles from my hometown that year. It was sold around 2004.

After the '70 sold in 2004, I always wanted another Charger and I finally found one in 2016 that I could afford. The car was a big mess but shaped up into a pretty decent driver. I bought it for $2,000, so was in it cheap. I rebuilt a 440 and 4 speed for the car. It runs and drives good and is a lot of fun to drive. It will never be our old 70 from my childhood but at least I'm driving a 68-70 Charger.

Our newest addition to the fleet, my stepdad bought it this past November 2022 from Okotoks, Alberta and it is his dream car because he had one way back when. It's a T5 Copper "G" code 383 car with a tan top and 3.23 sure-grip, rear speaker, and defogger. It was rotisserie restored in 2004 and completed in 2005. The car is 2 documented owners owned, and the 2nd documented owners father bought it at Chinook Chrysler. Th car has won first in class at the world of wheels show, and an award of excellence at the good guys show. Sadly after almost 2 months it still unfortunately is not here yet in our possession but changes will be made to the car once it gets here, such as putting on Magnum 500 rims with BFG T/As, changing the chrome Mopar valve covers to stock appearing chrome, and doing something about that MSD ignition coil......
