rear belt moldings

Hello guys i'm a bit stumped to how these mount these are the chrome moldings that sit below the rear 1/4 windows on a 68-70 charger any help appreciated

Use the screw holes to attach them. The felt window sweep covers up the screw heads. The proper screws are flat head with a slight conical shape.

I would screw them in except the holes where the screws go have large holes behind them. Am i missing something ?

Yes, you are missing the clips (J nuts) that attach to the quarter panels. R/T specialties sells them

Thank you also while on the subject do the window sweeps go on before or after the window is fitted thanks ahead

Does R/T specialties also sell the special Phillips head screws for them?
